Do you excel in driving both team and program-level processes and execution around IT? We are looking for an ambitious and high performing Agile Coach to play a key role in our Business Agility Department from where the implementation of the agile transformation is managed. The department consist of a mix of Agile Coaches and Portfolio Specialists covering both the portfolio function, agile practices and test management.

As Agile Coach you apply your knowledge about agile development and continually work with coaching the organisation to improve. You also use your knowledge of scaled agile practices and IT execution to give direction to our overall agile journey and operating model.

Your way into this position could be as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, IT Project Manager or Management Consultant – in all cases: leadership, agility and change management is part of your core skillset.

  • Have solid experience in IT development and (scaled) agile practices
  • Have experience with leadership, servant leadership, coaching or product leadership
  • Have experience with organisational transformation and implementation (preferably agile transformations)
  • Can convert theories into practice by implementing agile ways of working
  • Have excellent people and communication skills and communicate fluently in English – ability to communicate in Danish is considered a plus
  • Are decisive and result-driven with the ability to react and adjust to changing conditions
  • Preferably have a master’s degree with Business or IT or similar
