As our new Product Owner in Workforce Management your job responsibilities are mainly focused on:

  • Setting the direction and be the voice of the business stakeholders within Workforce Management area – today supported by a non-SAP Workforce Management system
  • Project Leader rolling out Workforce Management system in new countries
  • Ongoing dialogue with internal stakeholders to secure existing and new flows are improved, optimized and implemented
  • Own and refine the Product Backlog to optimize the value of the work our HR IT Team performs
  • 2nd/3rd level Support, Training, Test and Documentation is an important part of getting the workforce management system a success and to achieve the goals

Our team is responsible for optimal usage and development of the systems related to Employee Master Data and Workforce Management in close cooperation with HR IT.
We work closely with JYSK Retail, Finance, Salary Departments and Distribution Centers in the countries. We support and deliver to the entire organisation which covers the Head Office in Aarhus, 9 Distribution Centres spread across Europe and more than 3000 stores across the 28 countries.

Your work location will either be at our Head Office in Aarhus, Denmark; at our Regional Head Office in Flensburg, Germany or you have an option to be located at one of our local JYSK Offices in the countries depending on your preferences.

You must expect occasionally travelling days to meet stakeholders in other countries. The number of travelling days are depending on where you live.

You will refer to the Team Leader, Employee Master Data and Workforce Management, who is located in the Head Office in Aarhus.

  • Have several years’ experience and an interest in Workforce Management, preferable from Retail and in a role as Product Owner. At JYSK we currently use TimePlan
  • Have project management or project implementation experience
  • Are curious about technology and how it can support the Workforce Management area in the future
  • Take ownership of all tasks within own area no matter if it is project management, supporting daily operation, training or documentation
  • Have strong training and communication skills and are able adjust to audience and needs
  • Have a problem-solving mindset, work structured and have a good sense of details
  • Have a high level of initiative and commitment to deliver independently
