Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to extend your project management skills by being a part of a team that implements IT infrastructure, execute projects and drives the IT development in distribution centres around Europe?

As a Project Manager in our Logistics IT Infrastructure team, you will be participating in IT infrastructure projects in our 10 international distribution centres; be part of optimising our infrastructure to ensure an efficient operation. The distribution centres deliver goods to more than 3000 stores in 27 countries in Europe.

As a Project Manager you will be executing infrastructure projects, planning IT purchasing for projects, coordinating project-resources and update milestone plans.
You will be part of executing improvements in our IT logistics infrastructure, as well as training local IT people. Documenting new and changed business processes is a natural part of the job, as well as providing IT infrastructure overview & input for contracts and tender material. Further you will be analysing and solving problems concerning servers and LAN and help with supporting to local IT people in all 10 distributions centres.

You will be located at our distribution centre in Radomsko (Poland). Travel activity will be between 40-80 days per year.

    • probably have an educational background within IT, and maybe also project management
    • have 5 years’ experience from working with Servers & LAN and you have in general overall Infrastructure knowledge on IT architecture & IT landscapes
    • come from a similar job as a system/network administrator or a job as IT project manager
    • are dedicated, result-oriented and willing to go the extra mile to ensure success in all aspects of your work
    • are curious, willing to learn and looking for an opportunity to grow
    • have good communication skills and possess the ability to create working relationships across cultures and organisational levels
