In IT we work with the latest technologies, both on-premise, cloud and own developed systems. As our new Business Consultant, Workforce Management your job responsibilities are mainly focused on two different areas. You will:

  • Become the technical expert for the non-SAP Workforce Management system at JYSK
  • Help set the future technical direction for the Workforce Management area at JYSK

Our small HR IT & Identity Management team consists of a range of specialists with a big responsibility. Workforce Management has historically had too little technical awareness and support, which is why we are now looking for a new colleague. At JYSK we currently use TimePlan, but it is not required that you have knowledge about this specific system.

The team is responsible for delivering IT solutions for the entire organisation, which covers the Head Office in Aarhus, 9 Distribution Centers spread across Europe and more than 3000 stores across the 28 countries. The job is either located in our Head Office in Aarhus, Denmark or at our Regional Head Office in Flensburg, Germany. The direct manager is Team Leader, HR IT and Identity Management located in the Head Office, Aarhus.

  • Have technical knowledge, interest and experience in at least one Workforce Management system
  • Will become 3rd level support of the Workforce Management system and configure planning rules and settings, across 28 countries
  • Have the technical skills to customise a Workforce Management system
  • Would like to work with the design and set up of technical integrations with SAP HCM and payroll systems, in close collaboration with our Integrations department
  • Are able to support and train superusers
  • Have strong analytical and conceptual skills, a high level of initiative and a detailed, structured and independent way of working
  • Have an advantage if you have knowledge about the SAP HCM PA, OM and PY modules, as this is our Employee Master Data system
