Now we are looking for an Facility Coordinator who will be the part of driving force behind our ambitious expansion plans in Russia.

Suitable candidate is person who will contribute to the implementation of approved business plan for real-estate area and ensure that all relevant data files are updated and will ensure proper facility services and renewal of stores, within the budget frame for facility management.

  • Act as contact person for lessors, building administrators and developers, in respect of facility management
  • Link between stores/Retail and the constructions companies doing renovation, re-build of stores
  • Collect and choose the best offer for relevant renovation/rebuilding task.
  • Participate in the budget process for all lease stores.
  • Inspect and evaluate invoices from constructions companies doing facility management.
  • Participate and contribute to all phases of the tasks regarding facility management for renovations, enlargements and closing of stores.
  • Continuously control and administer receipts for current expenses.
  • Contribute to the calculation and budgeting of own property.
  • Assist the Development Manager actively in performing fire inspection according to new legislation.
  • Monitor and procure all required legal and official licenses/permits upon direction, together with the Development Manager.
  • Supervise establishing projects in order to ensure that JYSK standards are observed.

Qualifications

The suitable candidate must be strong in working with facility and maintenance topics and a detail-oriented person, who is able to work in autonomy and under pressure in order to provide the best possible results. Candidates that has been working in a retail organization before with similar tasks are preferable.

He/she must be fluent in English (both oral and written) and must have a bachelor/master degree in Engineer - Architecture or at least a degree as Geometry and finally must have a valid driving license.

The job is based in JYSK Russia Head Office in Moscow, however job will require travelling in Moscow and surrounding area. The position refers to the local Development Manager.
