JYSK Russia is looking for a dedicated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team

You will be employed by our Sales & Expansion department at the head office in Moscow as a member of our Sales & Expansion group.

The main task of Sales & Expansion is the pricing of the JYSK assortment and the planning of campaigns across all JYSK countries. This means that you will spend your working days in an exciting international – and informal – working environment!

You will have a job with lots of independent tasks – and the opportunity to communicate with lots of colleagues, in writing as well as verbally.

After a thorough introduction to your job, your tasks will primarily focus on the campaigns in Russia and continuous maintenance of master data.

Thus, you will assume responsibility for the following tasks:

• Generation of campaign papers and marketing materials in our internal system and subsequent proof-reading.
• Translation/adaptation of various commercial and promotion texts from English into Russian.
• Registration, update and follow-up on commercial master data, in-line with our marketing concepts and guidelines.
• Coordination with marketing teams in Poland and Denmark on production processes.
• Coordination with Purchasing/Compliance teams on preparing data for customs operations
• Coordination with external translation agencies (both local and international), proofreading and providing feedback
• Replies to store requests – via internal system.
• Your tasks will have cross-departmental ties with, e.g., marketing, retail and purchasing. Your work day will be filled with both recurring tasks and ad hoc tasks that will challenge your flexibility.

• You can express yourself fluently in English, both written and spoken.
