We work with the latest technologies, both on-premise, cloud and own developed systems. As our new Business Consultant, Workforce Management and SAP HCM your job responsibilities are mainly focused on two different areas. You will:

  • Set the direction and become the technical expert for our non-SAP Workforce Management system at JYSK
  • Support the business and the SAP HCM Payroll specialists with your expertise and knowledge within the SAP HCM Payroll, Personal Administration and Organisational Management modules

We work with two integrated SAP HCM systems – a one source of truth system with PA OM, and a Salary system for Germany, with SAP HCM PY and PA.

Our team is responsible for delivering solutions for the entire organisation. Which covers the Head Office in Aarhus, 9 Distribution Centres spread across Europe and more than 3000 stores across the 28 countries. The job is either located in our Head Office in Aarhus, Denmark or at our Regional Head Office in Flensburg, Germany. The direct manager is Team Leader, HR IT and Identity Management located in the Head Office, Aarhus.

  • Have existing knowledge about SAP HCM PA, OM and PY
  • Have some knowledge and interest in a Workforce Management system. At JYSK we currently use TimePlan, but it is not required that you have specific knowledge about this system
  • Will become 3rd level support of the Workforce Management system and configure planning rules and settings
  • Have the skill to customise the Workforce Management system
  • Can design and set up technical integrations with SAP HCM and payroll systems, in collaboration with out Integrations department
  • Are able to support and train superusers
  • Have strong analytical and conceptual skills, a high level of initiative and a detailed, structured and independent way of working
