We are seeking a Process and Development Specialist with flair for IT and an interest in optimizing the flow of goods. Today you might work as a Business Analyst or as a Demand, Supply or a Production Planner and would like to develop and optimize business processes and IT solutions within your field.

You will be a part of our Process, Development and Master data team, all of which focus on improving Purchasing's business processes and IT solutions. Your focus will be on tasks that will optimize our product flow from our suppliers all over the world and all the way to the customers and stores.

As an important link between business and IT you will work closely with various stakeholders within an agile development framework to ensure a large degree of automation and that we have the right products in the right amounts at the right place at the right time. You must help to specify the desired IT solutions, and you will also test the developed solutions. In addition, you will ensure that the new solutions are implemented well by the users of the system.

• have a higher education such as a bachelor’s or master’s in economics and Business administration or Information Technology or similar
• Come from a position as a Business Analyst or have been planning a part of the flow of goods in a retail or production company, or you have other relevant experience
• are passionate about taking responsibility and developing IT solutions
• are able to understand the users' needs and can transform them into specific requirements for new IT solutions that will provide business value
• are thorough and have a structured approach to your work tasks, but can also meet deadlines
• are able to maintain an overview of complex issues and are not afraid to spar with your surroundings
• master English in both writing and speaking
