HR in JYSK is highly operational and closely connected to our core business, the Retail branch. Each HR Business Partner gets a designated region where the cooperation with our Retail Managers is the cornerstone to success. The massive operational perspective further requires our HR Business Partners to be close to reality, in the stores and districts, and you support your region by being highly present in both guidance and follow-up.

The role as HR Business Partner reports to the Country HR Manager in JYSK Poland. The operational presence which lies within this role will require extensive travelling. In addition to this, you must expect some yearly meetings and trainings in other JYSK countries with international colleagues.
