JYSK Bulgaria is looking for a Call Center Agent who can be our future Team Leader in Customer Service.  The head office is located in Bozhurishte, Sofia, where the whole team is working.

For the 1st one year, you will work as a Call Center Agent together with the Customer Service team, learning everything about communication channels, your responsibilities, serving customers, JYSK rules and procedures. Meanwhile, our Customer Service Manager is going to train you in all manager tasks in order to prepare you for future challenges of a Team Leader position.

As a Call Center Agent you will be a part of a team of 5 and you will report directly to Cveta Coneva, our Customer Service Manager for Bulgaria.

As a Call Center Agent you will:

As a Team Leader in the future, you will have some extra tasks like:

  • recruit, introduce, develop and retain new colleagues
  • plan, delegate and follow up the weekly/daily tasks of the team
  • train, mentor and inform colleagues
  • secure realization of KPIs
  • administrative routines (reports, customer surveys, etc)
  • secure communication with all partners

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is:

  • having experience in customer service for at least 1 year
  • creating a team spirit through high energy and motivation
  • able to plan and prioritize your workday and make independent decisions in a busy environment
  • a role model and naturally takes the lead in all situations
  • eager to develop yourself and you have the drive and ambitions to make a career
  • having strong communication skills as you are the link between stores and distribution center
  • having fluent level of English
  • native speaking Bulgarian

The schedules in Customer Service is from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:30 and 09:00 to 17:30 during Saturdays. You will work in shifts.
