Job Description

As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for setting and developing the strongest teams in your region. You will report directly to HR Manager. 

 Requirements:

  • Advanced English level (verbal and written), Russian and Ukrainian fluent both written and verbal
  • Min 1 year of successful experience in recruiting, talent development and management
  • Self-driven, goal oriented and initiative
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Readiness for business trips - 50% of working time
  • Driving license - category B

  • Drive the HR agenda in close cooperation with the management team
  • Support Retail in development, training and recruiting
  • Secure all Development and Training programs are executed on the high level
  • Train, develop and retain retail employees and drive people performance
  • Are the partner to the country management team and district managers for people and organizational issues
  • Drive key HR figures like employee staff turnover, employee satisfaction etc
  • Always improve attractive place to work in the stores
  • Have business and commercial focus
