Do you excel in managing complex software development projects?
Maybe even within a SAFe inspired agile delivery model across business and IT that covers a Portfolio function, multiple development value streams and +20 scrum teams.

JYSK continues to grow, and so does our need for strong project management within software development.

  • As software development project manager, you will work closely together with Program managers, Enterprise Architects, Architects, developers, and the value stream organisation
  • You will refer to our CIO, giving you a position where you are sure that your voice is heard

To succeed in this job, you must be able to manage the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, risk management and facilitating project execution incl. test management.

  • Have 5+ years of proven track record of successful Software development project management
  • You have solid stakeholder management skills and are able to navigate on all levels
  • Proactively identify technical, resource and other bottleneck issues and mitigate/resolve them early
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional meetings/activities with various functional areas e.g. to break down ideas/actions to manageable sizes
  • Work independently on large-scale complex projects and implementations leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments
  • Have experience with process workflows, Jira, Excel, Power Point and excellent communication skills needed to summarize project status and discuss critical issues and milestones
