Job Description

We are looking for a team leader to lead our search activities across 28 markets. You will be responsible for a team of specialists, cooperation with our partners, and of course the overall search strategy. Do you have high ambitions, a drive for leadership and a deep technical understanding? Then this is your chance. 

JYSK is constantly growing and so is our E-business department. We have an increasing strategic focus on online activities in the organisation and recently this focus resulted in us taking ownership of GMP. We have the data, we have the platforms, and we have partnerships with some of the most experienced people in the industry. Now we need you to take part and lead that journey together with us.

As a team leader, you will be leading our search activities – namely our SEO and Google Ads/Bing activities. You will have a team of talented specialists and together with them, as well as our agency partners, you will set new standards on performance across markets. We need the team leader to point out optimization opportunities in the current setup and help us move our search activities in the right direction to support our 3000+ stores and of course online activities as well.   • Have a minimum of two years of experience working with Google Ads – could also be SEO. Our ideal candidate knows their way around GA360, SA360, Data studio and is familiar with feed management systems.
  • Have an analytical way of thinking and the ability to measure the impact and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Have effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Are a quick learner – able to grasp new technology and product changes.
  • Have a high level of accuracy and show attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working in a rapidly changing international environment
  • Are able to communicate clearly in English – verbally as well as written.

Additional Information

The position is located in Aarhus, but you should expect two travel days a month to our regional head office in Flensburg, Germany.
