JYSK is currently running a SAFe inspired agile operating model across business and IT that covers a Portfolio function, 6 development value streams and +20 scrum teams. We are 2 years into the agile journey and have built a solid base but are now ready to take the next big step. We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Agile Coach to lift JYSK further in our transformation towards a high performing agile organisation. It will be challenging but also rewarding with a huge possibility to make a positive impact on JYSK as well as the opportunity for both professional and personal development.

In the role as Agile Coach for team of teams you have two main focuses: First as an Agile Coach and second as a scaled scrum master (RTE in SAFe) for a development value stream:

• Aglie Coach: Setting the direction and coaching the agile journey across the organisation
• Scaled Scrum Master (RTE) – manage the process, ensure flow, coach and lead the teams of the largest development value stream in JYSK

Agile Coach:
As Agile Coach you apply your knowledge about scaled agile and continually work with maturing the organisation in agile ways of working. You also use your knowledge of agile practices and IT execution to give direction to our overall agile journey as well as the continuous development and refinement of the agile operating model ensuring all the elements “click”.

Scaled Scrum Master:
As a Scaled Scrum Master you will be responsible for driving the largest agile development value stream in JYSK. The Value Stream consists of +60 people in 8 teams and is the heart of the strategy execution in JYSK. A key part of being a Scaled Scrum Master is communication and cooperation. To ensure cooperation across teams and mitigating dependencies you will need to make people connect by facilitating, communicating, coaching and setting direction.

• Have solid experience in IT Program/project Manager and scaled agile practices
• Have experience with leadership, servant leadership or coaching
• Have experience with organisational transformation and implementation (preferably agile transformations)
• Can convert theories into practice by implementing agile ways of working
• Have excellent people and communication skills and communicate fluently in English – ability to communicate in Danish is considered a plus
• Are decisive and result-driven with the ability to react and adjust to changing conditions
• Preferably have a master’s degree with Business or IT or similar
