We believe in continuous improvement to ensure that JYSK customers always get a great offer. This is a guiding light for the entire organisation – and consequently we are now seeking an Operations Coordinator to coordinate bi-weekly releases and subsequently inform and train stakeholders.

We want to be ‘best in class’, and our ambition is to build the best JYSK.xx within retail bridging online, Customer Service Center and stores offering a seamless customer experience.

We are looking for an E-business Operations Coordinator with a strong commercial drive who is ready to assume the responsibility of being the primary point of contact for operation and releases of JYSK.xx across 28 countries.

 

You bring dedication and you…

  • Are able to document 1-3 years of experience within maintenance and operation of webshops, preferable internationally with an omnichannel perspective.
  • Are able to manage, structure and improve our Release process to ensure quality of released features across JYSK.xx even with strict deadlines.
  • Can inform and train the organisation of released features.
  • Know how to link business and IT and base decisions on facts
  • Work in a structured way with focus on details and you are a true completer.
  • Have preferably experience with and like to work with agile IT development.
  • Have CMS experience.
  • Are fluent in English and it will be an advantage to be fluent in Danish.

  • The responsibility for the implementation of new functionalities to JYSK.xx through bi-weekly releases - this including coordination of meetings, testing and informing the organisation of the released changes.
  • Management of the entire release process from a business point of view, ensuring all tasks are ready to be released in 28 domains on time.
  • To handle CMS related tasks and supportive systems, including support and training of Site Managers across the countries.
  • Interface with IT developers in Denmark and abroad.
