• Prepare translations on request (letters, communication materials, training materials etc.)
• Make agreements with office suppliers, order office supplies and maintain office equipment
• Organize accommodation and travelling for JYSK employees and guests from other countries
• Administrate the meeting/training rooms and organize the service needed during a training/meeting
• Ensure good service towards customers, guests and other partners of JYSK
• Assist in organizing company events
• Assist other departments or stores (Accounting, HR, Marketing)

The suitable candidate must be fluent in English both oral and written.
