JYSK is a complex organisation with a high growth rate and our task is to bring value into the recruitment process and thereby influence the success of the company - and consequently we are now seeking a Recruiter for our Recruitment and Employer Branding team.

 

As our new Recruiter, you are the one to secure:

  • 100% alignment with the JYSK recruitment process
  • A clear understanding of the job requirements
  • The best recruitment strategy for each vacancy and create job adverts
  • Proactive search of candidates using a variety of channels in order to establish a qualified field of candidates
  • Professional interviews of selected candidates and correct use of assessment tools to ensure quality and speed of hire
  • A good onboarding of new employees

Your workplace will be at the JYSK Head Office in Aarhus and you will refer to the Team Leader Recruitment/Employer Branding.

 

You bring dedication and you…

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with recruitment processes in an international environment conducting the entire process
  • Have strong competences within search
  • Are certified in test and analysis tools and have experience using them
  • Master both Danish & English verbally and in writing
  • Work in a structured and analytical way
  • Are able to work proactively and independently
  • Are persistent and true to your word
  • Have a great business understanding and a high degree of situational awareness

  • An independent job with a high level of responsibility. Your daily work will be a mix of much contact to managers across the Head Office, candidates and work “behind the screen”. You will be the one to advise the managers of the best fit to the role
  • Close co-operation with hiring managers and you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process within different departments and at different levels at our Head Office in Aarhus
  • To have influence on the future organisation at our Head Office
  • To be a part of a highly skilled HR team in Aarhus and work closely together with our Recruiter colleagues in the Regional Head Office in Flensburg
