Job Description

As a Customer Service Team Leader you will be responsible for a team of Customer Service Advisors providing world class service to the JYSK customer. The successful candidate will take ownership over daily operations and also work alongside the team handling customers requests. You will train, coach and develop your team in all aspects of customer service and create a culture of motivation and team spirit.

  • You are a team player, strong communicator, and have the ability to problem solve on your own initiative

  • You have the ability to use various systems to complete your daily tasks
  • You have a flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends and regular travel between UK & IRE
