 In JYSK we always want to improve our performance and set the strongest team, therefore we extend our Controlling team with a new position as Business Controller Logistics, in our JYSK Logistics Development & Controlling department in Uldum, which supports all JYSK Distribution Centers globally.

 In this position, you will be overall responsible for the controlling and reporting within distribution area including continuously improvement and development of the KPI/reporting structure as well as the budgeting process. A clear accountability on cost management ensuring the best operational performance is our recipe for success.

You will have a key position in making global tender material for the land transport area and support transport teams on tender meetings.

As Business Controller Logistics, you will report to Development & Controlling Director, Logistics Jan Oliver-Schmidt. Physically you are located in our distribution Centre in Uldum, situated near by Horsens/Vejle.

The position will include many co-operative partners in the global JYSK organisation and therefore travel activity approx 10 days a year is to be expected.

You Bring Dedication and you…

  • have minimum 5 years of relevant experience within controlling and reporting for either logistics or distribution area, which refers to KPI reporting, budgeting & follow up, calculation of cost & price impact
  • preferable have experience in preparation of tender materials and evaluation of offers as well as supporting tender meetings
  • might have experience in working on projects like Track & Trace systems, self billing set up or other transport related improvements
  • work with a result-oriented approach and by nature are an independent and proactive person with a natural drive
  • have strong analytical skills, are persistent and have administrative and financial flair
  • are good in building relations across cultures and see the importance in mutual cooperation with your colleagues and customers
  • are fluent in spoken and written English and not afraid to speak up
