JYSK is looking for an IT Sourcing Specialist to the IT Procurement department to drive strategic IT sourcing activities and Contract Management.

As IT Sourcing Specialist you will be working structured with:

• identifying suppliers/ marked scan
• prepare RFx materials
• run tenders incl. internal/ external communication and clarification meetings
• consolidate and evaluate supplier responses
• prepare presentations and hold steering group meetings
• contract archiving and follow-up on contract notifications and actions

The products and services in scope ranges from e.g. large quantities of mobile phones and PC’s to data connections, server/network equipment and enterprise software solutions.

You bring dedication and you…

• have 2-3 years previous experience working with procurement projects, strategic sourcing or similar, preferably in an international environment
• have the ability to work analytical and structured
• have flair for data and financial understanding
• are an energetic and outgoing person
• have good communication skills and team playing mind-set
• are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• are super user in Excel and PowerPoint
