Job Description

JYSK Italy is looking for a dedicated Facility Coordinator
who will contribute to the implementation of the approved business plan for the real-estate area and ensure that all relevant data files are updated.
Ensure the proper facility services and renewal of stores, within the budget frame for facility management.

  • Act as contact person for lessors, building administrators and developers, in respect of facility management
  • Link between stores/Retail and the constructions companies doing renovation, re-build of stores
  • Collect and choose the best offer for relevant renovation/rebuilding task.
  • Participate in the budget process for all lease stores. 
  • Inspect and evaluate invoices from constructions companies doing facility management.
  • Participate and contribute to all phases of the tasks regarding facility management for renovations, enlargements and closing of stores. 
  • Continuously control and administer receipts for current expenses.
  • Contribute to the calculation and budgeting of own property.
  • Assist the Development Manager actively in performing fire inspection according to new legislation.
  • Monitor and procure all required legal and official licences/permits upon direction, together with the Development Manager.
  • Supervise building projects in order to ensure that JYSK standards are observed.

Qualifications

The suitable candidate must be strong in working with facility and maintenance topics and a detail-oriented person, who is able to work in autonomy and under pressure in order to provide the best possible results.

He/she must be fluent in English (both oral and written) and must have a bachelor/master degree in Engeneer - Architecture or at least a degree as Geometra and finally must have a valid driving license.

The job is based in JYSK Italia Head Office in Bresso (MI), however requires constant travelling within Italy. The position refers to the local Development Manager.
