As HR Manager you report directly to Country Manager (VD), have a matrix reference to Regional HR Manager, and you are member of the Swedish Country Management Team. You will be responsible for driving the HR agenda in the full Retail organization, Head office and Customer Service center in Sweden covering 4 regions, 16 districts and 146 stores.

The job is broad and covers all aspects of HR – the tough ones and the funny ones. On top of that, you will have close cooperation and sparring with colleagues from 28 other JYSK countries. The position is located at our Swedish Head Office in Arlöv near Malmö. This is a job where you must lead by the example in the field together with your Retail colleagues and your strong and dedicated HR Business Partner team. You must count with a yearly travel activity of approx. 80 days, mainly in Sweden, but also in other JYSK countries.
