As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for setting and developing the strongest teams in your region. You will report directly to the HR Director. You will be based in our head office in Kiev and can expect about 50% traveling days a year.

• Drive the HR agenda and in close cooperation with the management team
• Develop, streamline and support the sales organisation to perform optimal
• Implement professional JYSK tools within the areas of recruiting, development and training
• Have business and commercial focus, understand and develop employees and talents, drive people performance
• Are the partner to the country management team and district managers for people and organisational issues
• Drive key HR figures like employee staff turnover, employee satisfaction etc
• Are responsible for employee terms and conditions in Ukraine and are the point of contact to lawyers in the countries
• Always improve attractive place to work in the stores

Additional requirements:

• English level min upper-intermediate (verbal and written), Russian and Ukrainian fluent both written and verbal
• Min 1-2 years of successful experience in recruiting, talent development and management
• Self-driven, goal oriented and initiative
• Good analytical skills
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Readiness for business trips - 50% of working time
• Driving licence  - category B
