Are you a structured and pro-active Project Manager that thrives with handling several Marketing projects at the same time and putting quality into the final product? Then keep on reading.

As a Project Manager your main task will be to structure all the development projects and tasks that are handled by the Marketing department (not including our normal production flows of e.g. campaign papers, TV commercials or Instore materials).

You must secure that incoming projects are prioritized according to current capacity and brief one of our three business units on the project/task. You will have the overview of the development project/task portfolio for the Marketing department and prioritize incoming projects from this. You will also run your own selected projects from beginning to end.

You will be the direct manager for our two internal ADs/graphic designers.

Our dedicated Marketing department work with creating and developing campaigns and the overall visual identity of the JYSK brand. The materials that you will be a big part of developing and implementing are used across the entire marketing media mix in more than 20 JYSK countries.

Your workplace is located in our Head Office in Aarhus.

  • have extensive experience from a similar position from either an agency or a similar function in a Marketing department
  • plan and secure optimal flow (traffic) of creative development tasks and projects in Marketing
  • secure that tasks are solved by the best suited part of the marketing organisation and/or external partners depending on task and available resources
  • prioritize new incoming projects into current projects and re-organise when relevant. Keep stakeholders informed on status of projects.  
  • secure high standard of developed creative tasks and optimal implementation of projects
  • manage the in house creative department
  • run own projects
  • follow up and secure agency budget is spend effectively and within budget frames
  • secure the most lean process as possible
  • secure and monitor the overall project capacity level of the marketing department
