Company Description

JYSK Nordic is running 1300 stores in 20 countries and the growth continues. We need a business controller who can challenge the cost spend and be a sparring partner to our managers.

Cost consciousness is a strong value in JYSK, because it allows us to invest in further growth and business development.

We will strengthen our organisation with a business controller in our finance department at the head office in Aarhus. The business controller will reach out to managers in our central functions, our country management teams and managers in distribution centers across all our countries.

The position is located at JYSK head office in Brabrand, Aarhus. You must expect 20-30 travelling days per year.

  • Eagerly look for cost savings through price reductions and change in consumption
  • Persistently follow up on actions in a structured way
  • Keep a close, running contact with the stakeholders
  • Pursue synergies in consolidating contracts across several countries and take part in contract negotiations
  • Secure the best position for contract negotiations by facilitating structured buying process in selected cases
  • Work towards ensuring cost consciousness everywhere in JYSK

You meet possibilities and…

  • The ideal candidate have +4 years of relevant experience and a master’s degree in finance/business administration
  • You will work on own initiative and on request from management
  • You will cooperate with managers in all our countries
  • The position is new and you will have the possibility to affect the content
