JYSK is looking for an Office Assistant to work on a fixed term (12 months) contract
• support the organisation on a daily basis though professional and effective answer and transfer of calls and e-mails and distribution of letters
• ensure good service towards customers, guests and other partners of JYSK
• make agreements with office suppliers, order office supplies and maintain office equipment
• organise accommodation and travelling for JYSK employees and guests from other countries
• administrate the meeting/training rooms and organize the service needed during a training/meeting
• assist in organizing company events
• prepare periodical translations on request (letters, communication material, training material etc.)
• assist other departments or stores

The suitable candidate must be fluent in English both oral and written. The job is based in JYSK Head Office in Athens.
