Private sector opportunity has arisen to join an organisation whom prides itself on patient experience are you currently an ESP Extended Scope Practitioner band 8 or above whom is looking for a new challenge can you :-
·Independently carry out clinical diagnosis, and further map out the future clinical management of patients through clinical assessment, requesting the appropriate X-rays / MRI and pathology.
·Can you contribute to the education of other healthcare professionals and GP’s in the physiotherapeutic management of orthopaedic and MSK conditions
·Can you provide the future pathway of your patients?
·Initiate further investigation / follow up or referral
·Undertake direct prescription and administration of prescription only medications (POM) in order to undertake injection therapy via the PGD route
·Work independently as a practitioner
·Manage yours patients and other staffs clinical safety
·Be responsible and accountable or maintaining accurate data
·Supervise and continue to give guidance to patients and families on the future treatment plans
·Measure and evaluate your own work as part of your own ongoing development
