Our client has a stunning property outside of Milton Keynes, they are currently looking to recruit a strong Head Housekeeper to support their future plans and investment. They are spending quite a bit on Rooms, Communal and F&B this year for the launch a luxury hotel in the market - you will be the main part of growing this business from effectively scratch!

You will be professional and passionate about keeping your team delivering perfect results across an immaculate hotel, relish working within a fast paced environment and have experience in a similar position. Our desirable candidate has charisma, character and thrives in a team environment.

You really need to be based close to Milton Keynes! Full details will be given to the shortlisted candidate. Immediate interviews are being offered.

The ideal candidate will have superb determination & pride in their work, reinforced with excellent communication, leadership and staff-training skills.

Salary: £30-40k base plus perks
