  Our client, an eServices company located in Woodbridge, is seeking for a PeopleSoft (FSCM) Development consultant.  As part of the legacy PeopleSoft development team, this role will be helping with the transition from PeopleSoft to SAP.   

   

General Skills and Experience

·       Experience with Test-Driven Development, and the understanding that writing tests first produces the best code

·       Experience with refactoring, and able to produce "debt-free" code within each iteration

·       Skilled with Test Automation, Automated Builds, and Continuous Integration

·       Proficient with effort estimation at a task level Good analytical and communication skills

Technical Skills and Experience

·       Peoplesoft Application Designer, Application Engine, Peoplecode, SQR, Component Interfaces

·       PeopleSoft Financials/SCM 8.9 or higher (PeopleSoft AR, BI, GL, AP, AM)

·       PeopleTools 8.47 or higher

·       Should be able to support pager and Incidents

·       Flexible and be able to work after hours

·       Some functional knowledge would be an asset

Professional Experience and Education

·       Minimum 5 years Peoplesoft Financial technical experience

·       5 years related experience in software development

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent training and experience.
