Our client, an eServices company located in Woodbridge, is seeking for a BSA for the Data and Systems team. This is a long term contract.

• Create and refine user stories and scenarios, with an emphasis on defining business value and acceptance criteria
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies
• Create and execute test cases
• Facilitate team discussions with the goal of finding valuable solutions
• Take ownership of development of software projects from story to fruition
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet the sprint goal

• Experienced with Data Analysis using simple tools such as MS Excel
• Experienced with systems requirements analysis
• Understanding of various types of software architecture: client-server, web-based applications, web services, data schemas, SQL
• Exposure to QA Testing
• Strong Agile Scrum experience
• Clear and concise communication style
• Positive and constructive attitude
• Experience with usability best practices
• Comfortable communicating to VP and Director level stakeholders
• Comfortable communicating technical concepts to various levels of non-technical audiences
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills

• Advanced SQL
