This is a shared service of an American company specializing in providing marketing statistics related to healthcare information and technologies

Requirements:

• Native Japanese or Non Native Japanese

• Customer Service/ Technical Support experience is a plus
• Knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in providing Customer/Technical support services to customers.
• Responsible in taking all necessary steps to ensure customer satisfaction at the end of the service.
• Responsible in accommodating issues reported by customers and resolve or escalate to the appropriate department.
• Responsible in creating and submitting detailed records.
• Maintains call information in records using software.
