This classroom and online training program provides the skills you need to become a successful loan officer. Upon satisfactory completion of the Home Lending Academy, the employee will be offered a JGW HL Mortgage Loan Officer position.

• BS/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Communications or any business related field
• Ability to complete coursework including case studies and exams
• Ability to attend training daily
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision making skills
• Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
