Job Description

Development and administration on the Salesforce platform. Database querying and analysis of complex data. Manage day-to-day execution of defect fixes and enhancement implementations. Implement interfaces between Salesforce and other external applications. Function as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce. Responsible for investigation and resolution of Production issues. Perform all other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitating Salesforce development and administration.
  • Manage production support requests, in parallel to builds and enhancements.
  • Analyze data using relational database queries.
  • Grow in an agile/scrum environment.
  • Implement solutions that are superb-quality, elegant, and scalable.
  • Recommend best practices and build prototypes if needed.
  • Provide support after normal work hours when necessary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Information Science or equivalent.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development and administration.
  • 8+ years as SFA/CRM business analyst.
  • Salesforce certifications and keeping up with trends in the industry.
  • 4+ years of relational database development, preferably in MSSQL and PostgreSQL.
  • 4+ years of experience in all phases of the SDLC.
  • 4+ years working in an agile/scrum environment.
  • 4+ years managing software in a version-controlled environment like GIT.
  • 1+ years development in a modern programming language (i.e. Java, Python, C#).
  • Proven ability and reputation of:

  • Experience building ETL processes using tools like Informatica, SSIS, etc.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce NPSP, or other non-profit packages.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, Web Services, and integrations between Salesforce and other external applications.
  • Exposure and understanding of microservices.
  • Command-line scripting.
  • Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and related data manipulation a plus.
