We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Team Member to join our dynamic team in Campbelltown, Australia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and driving profitable sales growth.

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Process web orders efficiently, including picking, packing, and coordinating timely delivery
• Actively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

• Proven customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
