We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Team Member to join our dynamic team in Bankstown, Australia. In this collaborative role, you will contribute to our organisation's profitable growth by delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless operations and address customer queries
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are attractively displayed
• Process web orders efficiently, including picking, packing, and organising timely delivery
• Contribute to a professional and organised work environment

• Proven customer service and sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Problem-solving skills and a flexible approach
• Enthusiasm and a customer-focused mindset
