Job Description
• Identify clients, understand their needs and develop a value proposition for them
• Educate clients about the advantages of associating with JAT.
• Be able to sense industry trends, market activities and competitors
• To be responsible for meeting the client conversion targets for the zone/ territory by providing to the client excellent JAT product support
• Be well-aware of the rival market price and product and pitch JAT’s accordingly.
• Set-up technical and product arrangement with clients in most profitable manner to JAT
• Manage the financial aspects associated with client
• Engage in TSR (Technical Service Requisition) and PTR (Post Trial Report) management pre-trial and post-trial, respectively with clients.
• Work with the Technical team to ensure arrangements for samples required for trial for any new client added into the system
• Coordinate with the Technical Team and client, if required, to ensure proper procedural trial as per client needs
• Coordinate with Trade Expansion and Technical departments in execution of TSR and CTR activities as required
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by upgrading himself with competitors’ products and pricing.
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and forward to sales for closure.
• Obtain feedback from clients as a measure for improving value proposition
• To perform any duty that comes as an exigency to the current profile.
Qualifications
Skills:
The person should be have hands on experience in sales/ marketing/ BD role
Be a team player who can work with minimum supervision and be able to interact well with different departments.
Presentable and smart.
Meticulous, responsible and ability to multi-task.
An effective communicator with good command over the English language.
Knowledge of MS Office
Previous Work Experience: Mid-level to senior level associates ( 4-8 years) for managers and entry to mid-level for officers (2-4 years)
Industry: Paints, wood coatings and affiliated industries
Additional Information
Salary Offered: Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- per month; subject to negotiation for Managers and Rs. 15,000 to 25,000/- per month; subject to negotiation for Officers
Company information: A South East Asian MNC with corporate office in Koramangala, Bangalore
Working Hours and Work Timings: Mon-Fri, 9 am-6 pm. Saturday: 9 am-2 pm
