Job Description
The Global Travel & Expense Specialist supports global T&E compliance at JDE Peet's, ensuring alignment with financial accounting, internal policies, and local requirements. The role focuses on maintaining and improving T&E systems, processes, and user-facing content to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a positive user experience.
The specialist owns employee-facing T&E documentation and training materials, manages core T&E applications (SAP Concur), and works independently on improvement initiatives in close cooperation with internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor T&E compliance across expense accounting, travel bookings, and HR integrations.
- Ensure accurate financial posting of expense claims and adherence to global travel policies.
- Manage and monitor core T&E systems (SAP Concur) and related master data.
- Maintain and update employee-facing T&E policies, guidelines, and training content.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a T&E, compliance, or systems-related role.
- Experience with T&E systems, preferably SAP Concur.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Independent, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a global environment.
