Job Description

On this position you will:

• Conduct technical support and control the assortment management process, change of logistics data
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on key indicators of the department and execute sales plans
• Prepare planograms for implementation in customer stores
• Control the fulfillment of contract conditions
• Provide technical support and control the promotional activities management process
• Manage and control document flow, work in TAS
• Reduce the level of OOS: collect information, communicate with customers, monitor the resolution of the problem
• Process internal company requests and prepare analytical reports
• Support logistics processes
• Communicate with the field structure, trade marketing, customer service department, planning department, communication with customers
• Provide technical support and control the revaluation process
• Attend store checks 

Qualifications

  • Higher education in the field of Economics, Finance or Marketing
  • Confident user of MS Excel
  • Learning agility
  • 1 or more years of experience in a similar position in an FMCG company
  • English language - intermediate
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, developed communication skills, ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team
  • Stress resistance 
  • Experience in working with document flow
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and tasks
