Treasury Manager is accountable of managing the treasury function in order to support the company’s strategy and business activities as a business partner. He/She will be working closely with business leaders and functional leaders to drive improved performance, yet facilitating transparency of financial performance across the organization.

• Manage Company cash flow, investing & borrowing activities in the most efficient manner to ensure funding needs and investment opportunities can be met
• Manage Operating Working Capital of the Company through A/R, Inventory and A/P management
• Manage and oversee Company's receivables while maintaining efficient financial relations with Commercial partners
• Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
• Develop and implement policy for equity and debt financing and inter-company financing. 
• Undertake risk management activities to ensure the financial status of the group and develop Treasury and Insurance Risk policies. 
• Analyze the impact of financial markets on the performance of products of the group. 
• Manage banks as suppliers of financial solutions and services.
• Ensure financial oversight by preparing and presenting budgets, accounts and financial statements to the Leadership Team and Global Treasury Team. 
• Utilize innovative IT and banking tools for the Company and business partners
• Ensure effective risk management of the Company assets and lead insurance & LG related activities

• 8 - 10 years of experience in finance / treasury leadership
• Profound analytical & management skills
• Experienced in leading long term strategic projects. Ability to translate actions into plans, to manage projects in the most efficient way, to challenge the existing and to drive change when necessary.
• Strong results-orientation & decision-making authority, with analytical / strategic skills. 
• Solid experience in an international FMCG company, in a managerial position 
• Fluency in English & Turkish
• Extensive knowledge in MS Office
• Nice to have; SAP & LOGO experience
