JDE Professional runs on a modern global technology ecosystem. The DevOps teams operating the ecosystem have a blend of business and IT expertise and work in an agile setup. The Product Owner is accountable for maximizing the value of the software product resulting from the work of the agile team. They represent the customer interest, collaborate with the developers and scrum master, manage the product backlog, monitor progress and create a product vision.

As part of the Lead-to-Cash team, you’re connecting journeys like Agreement-, Order-, and Asset Management with the broader context, taking and end-to-end approach. Your aim is to deliver the best digital customer experience, connecting the different teams and countries involved and rallying them around the delivery of business value.

  • Serve as the customer proxy, the “voice of the business”. Work with the Global Business Process Owner, Local Business Process Owners and other stakeholders to define and prioritize stories in the team backlog.
  • Maximize the value produced by the team, by identifying and defining customer needs, understanding the business context, and develop the product vision, roadmap, and features required to meet these needs.
  • Build the Lead-to-Cash roadmap in close collaboration with other Product Owners, Global Business Process Owners and the local markets.
  • Maintain and (re)prioritize the product backlog and together with the DevOps team (on- and offshore) deliver stories in an Agile way of working
  • Rapidly increase adoption of Quote-to-Cash processes in the local markets. Design, maintain and deploy global training content towards the LBPO network, in partnership with the Global Training & Adoption Specialist

If you have the courage and confidence to venture into new cultures & territories, and you're brimming with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to succeed, you’ll fit right in at JDE. We roll up our sleeves, pitch in, and get our hands dirty to break new ground. Committed to playing at our best, we think bigger and move faster, always rising to the challenge that matters most and celebrating the wins that count.

For this role as a Product Owner we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
