We are looking for a talented and dynamic Digital Specialist with a keen focus on B2B e-commerce to join our dedicated and highly engaged team. As a leading provider of B2B coffee solutions, we are committed to delivering amazing coffee experiences to our customers across the Nordics. Your role will involve close collaboration with our great colleagues at our brand-new Copenhagen office, our central Digital team in Holland, and local marketing teams in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

Get ready to own the Nordic e-commerce scene, producing fantastic online platforms and websites. Your contributions will enhance customer experiences and fuel our growth. You will play a leading role and one of your initial projects will be to lead the migration of our e-com platforms in Norway and Denmark from Episerver to SalesForce B2B Commerce.  

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and optimization of our E-commerce platforms in Denmark and Norway.
• Assume responsibility for the daily operations of our websites and content development across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.
• Lead the development, launch, and optimization of automated marketing journeys.
• Utilize data insights to monitor performance and drive impactful improvements.
• Provide internal performance and project reporting to key stakeholders.
• Build effective stakeholder relationships.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Demonstrable track record in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably within a B2B context.
• Customer-centric and data-driven mindset, coupled with strong analytical skills.
• Self-initiated, collaborative, and naturally producing meaningful outcomes.
• Bonus points for hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce and CMS management.
• Proficiency in executing marketing journeys and clear communication, both written and verbal.
• Thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment and demonstrating a positive attitude towards change.
• Fluent proficiency in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, and English.
