As a Plant Controller you are the financial business partner of the Management Team of the Utrecht site. You identify risks or opportunities and lead the necessary improvements for the financial processes on the site.

• You are responsible for all FP&A and cost-controlling of the plant, including: monthly reporting and analysis, capital expenditures and fixed asset accounting
• You lead the annual budgeting process (Annual Operating Plan) across the entire plant
• You initiate and stimulate improvement and savings projects across the entire site
• You lead, motivate and develop the finance team
• You drive improvements in the field of material and energy consumption and provide financial insight through reports and analyses. You act as a Business partner towards colleagues in the factory

For the position of Plant Controller, we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• You have a Master's degree, supplemented by a completed accountancy training (pre)
• You have 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the FMCG
• You have a strong analytical mindset
• You have strong communication skills, and you provide proactive feedback
• You have knowledge of IFRS, SAP and Excel
• You have experience with Internal Controls, budgeting processes and cost-price calculations
