Job Description

JDE is looking for a Customer Relations Manager to lead our Customer Relations team based in Kingsgrove. You will empower and motivate the team while continuously looking for ways to improve our current process flows. You thrive when working with a diverse range of internal (sales, finance, supply chain) and external (Coles, Woolworths, Winc etc.) stakeholders. You ensure all customer orders are managed while providing excellent customer care. You will be based in Kingsgrove and will occasionally travel to our North Sydney office.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and motivate a team of 5 Customer Service Specialists, 1 Vendor Replenishment Planner and 1 Customer & Consumer Relations Specialist
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to optimise customer satisfaction and maximise efficiency – you participate in fortnightly or monthly meetings
  • Analyse data and act quickly to be on top of our customer service KPIs
  • Take a leading role at suggesting and driving the implementation of continuous improvements
  • Connect and proactively share insights with internal stakeholders

For this role as our Customer Relations Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Experience as a Customer Relations Manager, ideally in a similar (FMCG) environment
  • Experience working with SAP
  • A true people leader who can motivate a team
  • Continuous improvement mindset and drive
  • Ability to interpret data and translate into easy-to-read dashboards and recommendations with the help of Excel and PowerBI
  • An understanding of warehouse and distribution networks and service providers
