Job Description

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise office facilities, including office lease and cleaning services, supervise office rest area and meeting rooms, answer front-line calls, welcome visitors;
• Provide support on administrative and organizational tasks including business travel services;
• Manage invoices, supervise Office supplies, Office rent, Car Fleet, Travel & Entertainment budgeting;
• Cooperate with HR and other departments in meetings, company events and business dinners organization;
• Coordinate the company’s correspondence and ensure its timely distribution;
• Act as contact person for employees on company’s telecommunication services, company car related matters and IT services (in cooperation with IT services providing 3rd party);
• Provide support for customer service duties, customer relations, customer order management and other support to Supply Chain department;
• Provide other administrative or organizational support as per the management requests.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• University Degree in BA, Economics or similar areas (could be the final year student or graduate);
• Administrative work experience;
• Fluent Lithuanian and very good English language skills;
• Energetic, enthusiastic, open minded and reliable personality.
