Job Description

The IT  Specialist is a key member in the Cluster IT team responsible for the efficient day-to-day IT Infrastructure services for the cluster businesses.

The IT Infrastructure Specialist is providing input to Turkey IT Manager to ensure costs and SLA’s are properly captured and reported. The role supports the Turkey ITM in managing local Infrastructure vendors & contracts.

The IT Infrastructure Specialist works together with Network & Data Center Manager and End User Services Manager to drive Continuous Improvement, Cost Reduction, Standardization and Harmonization of the End User Services and Infrastructure services within the Cluster.

The IT Infrastructure Specialist reports directly into Turkey IT Manager and dotted into the Global IT End User Services Manager and Global IT Network & Data Center Manager.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years IT experience in FMCG
  • Strong affinity in external vendor management and IT Services Management (Technology Operations) in a multi-vendor organization
  • Sound knowledge of IT frameworks like ITIL v3 (2011)
  • Interacts with Business and IT stakeholders, being able to explain IT in a very simple and understandable way
  • Ability to translate understanding of the organization's goals and objectives into operational End-User Services / Infra requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication (English), interpersonal and networking skills required. Work with remote teams
