The Global Solution Architect B2B (internally known as a Global Technology Manager Digital) is part of the Global IT Professional department, that works in close collaboration with the JDE Professional division in a DevOps agile setup. JDE Professional is the B2B division of JDE. By reaching consumers when they are out of home – whether at work, in university, in care, in an airport, or a hotel – we strengthen the core purpose of our company: to bring a coffee for every cup.

JDE Professional runs on a modern global technology ecosystem. The DevOps teams operating the ecosystem have a blend of business and IT expertise. The Global Solution Architect B2B is responsible for the IT solutions for the Digital channel, working with the Digital DevOps team. This team operates Episerver, Salesforce.com and other technologies.

Enabling and supporting the Product Teams

• Technological end responsibility of the platforms Episerver, Experience Cloud & B2B Lightening

• Collaborate with the tech leads of our partners so the right solutions are chosen

• Challenge and enable the teams by taking away impediments

Collaborating with our other Solution Architects (internally known as a Global technology Manager)

• Create a holistic E2E architecture with your peers

• Safeguard a consistent eco system which will enable us to grow digitally

• Co-create E2E short and long-term technology roadmap for JDE Professional

• Ensure operational excellence – process & cost

Strategical alignment & future road mapping

• Listen, shape, inspire and collaborate with our business partners on the future roadmap

• Benchmark JDE Professional with other companies and bring an outside in view

• Pro-actively follow trends and reach out to our partners/vendors

For this role as a Global Solution Architect B2B, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• Over 4-8 years of relevant experience, implementing E-commerce technologies like Epi-server, Salesforce, Hybris or Sitecore. preferably within a FMCG/CPG industry

• Hands-on experience in an environment that follows the SAFe/Agile methodologies

• You have a pro-active, flexible go-getter mind-set, in this role you can get the opportunity to work very independently
