What do we have on offer?

  • Senior HR Manager position within the IHQ supply organization. You will be reporting to the Global HR Director R&D and Supply.
  • You will closely interact with the site HRBP’s,  Plant Managers and MSU SC organizations across Europe to deliver on the Supply HR agenda

Main goal and key accountabilities for the role:
You aim to support the Supply Europe organization in building high performing team within the company, driving performance, enhancing associate engagement and leading key strategic Supply initiatives. The role is accountable for identifying and delivering on the HR agenda for Operations in Europe, Global/Europe Supply Chain, Global Engineering and Operational Excellence.

Main responsibilities and key activities:

  • Contributes to the development and implementation of the Supply HR strategy:
  • Coordinate, improve and implement the signature HR processes in the Supply organization within the scope of the organizational culture and structure.
  • Partnering and representing HR in the Leadership Teams in strategic decision making and deliver on the HR stream of strategic initiatives/projects.
  • Provides tactical and operational HR support to the Supply IHQ population in Utrecht

For this role as a HR Manager Operations Europe we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

●          Education: University degree, Business Admin or Psychology preferably

Must have:

  • At least 10 + years relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of HR processes
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management in an international matrix environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • High ethics and value driven leadership (Simplicity, Accountability, Entrepreneurship, Solidarity, Accountability)

Nice to have:

  • FMCG experience
