ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Change and Communications intern to join our coffee and tea world of amazing brands like L'Or, Senseo, Pickwick, and many more!

In this role, you'll experience the life of a Global Change and Communications professional, where no two days are the same. You will be reporting to the Global IT Team and work closely with the Global Communications Team and the HR Team. This is a hybrid internship with 2-3 days based in the Utrecht office. 

Responsibilities

• Creating and sharing content for internal communications purposes;
• Supporting the launch and implementation of Viva Topics (knowledge management tool);
• Helping create an onboarding program for new associates;
• Supporting/Facilitating internal events;
• Managing internal SharePoint portals;
• Supporting internal/external communications & change projects (namely internal cultural change & corporate website).

To be successful in this role you need to be registered as a University student for the whole duration of the internship. Please note that if you are a non-EU citizen, in order to be considered as a candidate, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch University and this internship needs to be a mandatory part of your study curriculum.

For this role as a Global Change and Communications intern, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master study in Communications, Organisational Change, or related field;
• Excellent written & verbal communications skills in English;
• Proficiency with the basic Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);
• Curiosity/interest in technology (IT) and digital collaboration;
• Ability to prioritise, manage own time, and work autonomously;
• Great-to-haves: experience withSharePoint, EpiServer, Workplace, Microsoft Teams and/or Adobe Suite is a plus.

The monthly internship allowance is € 450,- for a HBO student or € 500,- for a WO student, based on a fulltime 40 hour workweek. We also provide additional support if daily travelling to work is required. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad. The internship starts at the beginning of September 2022, and is for a period of 5-6 months.
