Job Description

Are you the person seen as the catalyst for driving standardization and efficiency in the organization? Do you see analysis of factual and data approach as the right step towards creating amazing coffee moments? Are you ready to take on an opportunity to learn and develop within your role as FP&A controller?

As FP&A controller in JDE Nordic Finance you will be joining a small team in a young and dynamic organization providing challenging tasks and clear options for development.

The FP&A controller sits in the ‘Multi Cluster Organization’ and has a cross functional and cross-country responsibility.

Part of the responsibility relates to developing and preparing standard management reports (used to measure and benchmark periodic performance, both in the context of external conditions (market / consumer behaviour and competition) and internal conditions (strategic plan, annual budget, big ticket innovation and investments). The FP&A controller also creates tools for tracking and simulation for other operational departments and the FP&A analyst is further responsible for support functions in controlling of cost and activities of the other departments.

The FP&A controller is the typical go-to resource for a broad spectrum of analysis that requires a factual and data approach advising both commercial control leads of markets as well as the country or cluster management team with valuable decision-making insight. However more than 50% of the time is typically ad hoc commercial analysis and support so the FP&A controller role is a diverse one, and no day can be considered the same.

  • Lead mid- and long-term planning processes such as the Annual Operating Plan and Value Creation Plans from a cluster point of view
  • Excel in high quality internal and external management information, delivering simplified impactful messages and recommendations to senior leadership. In the process of this strive towards standards across countries, increasing usability and efficiency.
  • Support and review business investments, perform high quality quantitative justification analysis
