Our HR Team strives to make vision a reality and contribute to the rapid growth of our organisation. Working within the International Headquarters HR team, you will partner with experienced HR professionals and receive training on the job.

During this internship you will work closely with the Global HR Technology team to continue establishing JDE’s steps in the field of HR Technology & People Analytics. You will do so by:

• Contributing to new technology implementations on an international scope
• Setting up training programs for an international network of key users
• Contribute to data accuracy projects in collaboration with the international key user network
• Contributing to improvements in People Analytics through collaboration and capability building
• Finding new ways to get insights from our employee data

To be successful in this role you need to: 

• Be a student enrolled in a Masters degree education in Human Resources/Business Management/IT (or similar)
• Be fluent English both in speaking and writing
• Have good communication and people skills
• Enjoy a thorough analysis, finding answers and building a story behind the numbers.
• Have experience in working with data through Excel or other data analysis tools
• Be energetic, passionate and willing to learn

Your application at JDE
The monthly internship allowance is € 500,- for a WO student, based on a fulltime 40 hour workweek.

The ideal candidate is available to start   June or September  and to be with the company for 5 months or more. Only students still registered at college university (WO) / masters during the whole internship period will be considered.
